We are seeking an accomplished and strategic US HR Director to lead our Human Resources team in shaping a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. 1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy to enhance workforce capabilities and drive performance.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the US HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services and support to all departments.
3. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
4. Design and implement policies that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace, promoting diversity and employee well-being.
5. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, partnering with legal counsel as necessary.
6. Drive performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting appraisals, and facilitating employee development plans.
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
2. A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing HR functions.
3. Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
4. Deep understanding of US labor laws and regulations, with experience in ensuring compliance across a distributed workforce.
5. Proven ability to manage and develop HR teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
